This is a video about NetBSD-based robot presented at asiabsdcon 2008. For those of you who can’t see this video, I will tell you what it’s about. It’s basically a white robot, complete with its head, legs, and hands. What it can do is actually laughing. Yes, this robot starts to laugh everytime somebody turns on the switch. It laughs, moves its hand accordingly, somewhat similar with what Kamen Rider does. And after getting satisfied by laughing for like 10-15 seconds, it starts to fall down, and laughs again. Several seconds later, it does a somewhat strange movement (imagine yourself sleeps on bed, lift up your foot to make a ninety degree angle with your bed), and then, finally, try to get up. But ups, there is some mistake, the robot can’t get up properly.
