Once upon a time, in the morning where sun shines very brightly, there was this innocent boy just woke up from his long and long sleep. “Ah, what a lovely day. The forecast said that there will be raining today, but hey, look at the sun out there, he smiles to me.”, he said. “Got to go to lecture. Em.. Let me see.. Today is Wednesday. Aha, the last material for this semester was over at last Monday’s lecture. No need to go to class then.”, he continued while grabbing the pillow, trying to get back to sleep.
Suddenly, few minutes later, his phone rang. It didn’t really make any sense for him to take the phone since there is no excuse to call someone that early in the morning, especially when there was no class that day. But, later he had to say big thanks to that man who call him, particularly because it made him suddenly realize to ask somebody about whether there was a class or not that day.
Then, he started to call his friend, Saiko. “Hi, Ko. Do we have class today?”, he asked. And Saiko replied, “Man, today is the test!”. “Oh, crap. Test? It must be tomorrow. The other class will also have the same test like us rite. They said that they will have the test held on tomorrow..”. “No, I am damn sure that today is the test.”. And, since he didn’t have any other reason to continue talking with his friend, he suddenly said, “Ah, okay. I will definitely have to go now then. Thanks!”.
And what a bad boy he is. Despite the fact that his dear friend already told him that there was a test that day, he still called another man, named Viktor. And it was even scarier than receiving the fact from Saiko.
The conversation started with the background of some noisy train sound. And, that time, before saying a single word to Viktor, he realized that he was in a big danger that morning. Big danger of not passing the one and the only interesting lecture that he had for one semester. By the way, he still asked. “Hi Viktor, it is me. Do we have class today?”. The seconds he said that silly question he already asked before, he hoped so much that there would be some magic words coming out saying that there was no class that day. But, he was unlucky.
He suddenly strucked by a little bit high frequency voice from his friend, Viktor. “Hey, it is the test today!”. And although he knew that it was useless, he still defended himself saying the same excuses like what he said to Saiko before. But deep in his pure heart, he knew that he had to close the phone call, washed his teeth and face, started running toward the closest train schedule, which is 20 minutes away. But, thanks to the motivation that his friend gave in the end of the phone call. Viktor said warmly to him, “Good luck!”. Oh, frankly speaking, I thought it will make him even more desperate
But, in spite of all his laziness and sloppy behavior, he could predict when to run and when to walk. And he arrived at the campus at the very exact time.
Okay. He also did the test finally. At the end, all of his unluckiness today were closed by a pretty good fact that the test was not as difficult as expected. Yeah, he did it well fortunately
